So. I have determined that making a guest list is hard work.. It is not hard to find people we want to invite.. oh no.. Once I start typing the names just flow out...
Our wedding guest list is crazy big.. (How could we leave people out!!??!! We can't!) And we started a rehearsal guest list.. Just wedding party, singers, piano players, and a few really close aunts, uncles, and friends and BAMMM we are up 92 people.. Wow, it is a blessing to have so many really really close family and friends..
Some people outside of our little world might not understand the abundance of family and friends we have going on in the Primitive Baptist church... And both of us being born and raised Primitive Baptist helps us have that much more very important people in our lives!
The amazing people we are blessed to call family and friends are priceless... Thus, how can we NOT invite just about everyone we know.. They are all very very important to us.. :D
It was tough for us too! I was still fairly new to TX, but Chris had grown up here and knew people EVERYWHERE which was a tad overwhelming for me at the time. At one point we decided to send invitations to some of the churches because I just didn't know all the folks well enough to know who was who and didn't want to leave anyone out either! Then, LOL, it turned out the weekend we chose was the weekend of an ordination in the area - guess who came to the wedding? A lot of preacher's wives, LOL, and the preachers were at the ordination - good memories - hard to believe it was 11 years ago!!! You'll figure it all out and it'll be wonderful!
