I know I must be SUPER strict again.. Stinks.. Now trying to find even more motivation...
But, on Monday, May 31st, I will do my first Triathlon...
I have been doing all three couple times a week for at least a month - out of order... Yesterday, I decided I needed to give it a test run.. to make sure I can finish it.. So I lifted weights for 30 minutes, spin class for an hour, ran 3.1 miles, and swam 1000 meters.. So, I know I can do it. Looking forward to it.
Whoa! I probably couldn't have done the 30 mn. weight lifting, not to mention any of the rest of it - good for you! Hope you have a great time!
